Departure: leaving Pirna

Day one is the unglamorous one: trains, a last coffee in my own kitchen, and the specific ache of a bag that’s heavier than it was when I “finished” packing the night before. No wind, no kite, no Adriatic — just the early westbound out of Pirna and the growing suspicion that I’ve forgotten something I’ll only remember once I’m in Montenegro and it’s far too late.
