About the project
I'm Niko. This is the story of a solo kite trip from Pirna to Montenegro and back.
It was built for family, friends, and curious readers, but there is a second layer behind it: the whole project was planned, tracked, communicated, published, and updated with AI support.
Not as a gimmick. Not as “AI writes a blog.” More like an operating layer around a real project.
AI helped structure the plan, check risks, organize private notes, prepare communication, shape the public story, and turn the trip into a finished site instead of a folder of photos.
The visible result is a travel magazine. The hidden result is a reusable workflow: how to move a messy idea through planning, action, documentation, and publishing with a human still making the final calls.
If you only care about the journey, start with the map or diary. If you care how the system worked behind the scenes, the workshop page explains the planning, stack, privacy checks, and publishing loop.
Private booking codes, prices, contact data, payment details and access information stay out of the public site.
